Job Description

We're looking for a warm, reliable, and organised Kids Club Supervisor to lead our child-minding sessions and help create a fun, safe, and welcoming space for our youngest members.

About the Role

n

As Kids Club Supervisor, you'll take the lead in running our short child-minding sessions for children aged 6 months and up. You'll be the friendly face families see at check-in, the calm presence keeping the room running smoothly, and the person ensuring every child has a safe and engaging experience while in our care.

What You'll Do

n

Lead and supervise short child-minding sessions for children aged 6 months+

n

Oversee bookings, check-ins, and day-to-day Kids Club operations

n

Manage rosters and coordinate the Kids Club team

n

Communicate with families in a warm, professional, and reassuring manner

n

Maintain a safe, engaging, and compliant setting at all times, in line with relevant childcare standards

n

What We're Looking For

n

Experience working with young children in a childcare, early education, or supervisory setting





n

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage bookings, rosters, and daily logistics

n

Excellent communication skills and a genuine warmth with both children and parents

n

Current Blue Card (must be obtained prior to commencement)

n

Current First Aid and CPR

n

Availability Required

n

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 12:30pm
