Business Consultant – Onboarding & Delivery

Role can be based in Sydney (AU HQ), Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra or Remote.

About the Role

n

We are seeking a Business Consultant to support customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing solution delivery for a growing SaaS organisation. This role combines consulting, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and solution design, helping customers achieve value from enterprise software platforms.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead customer onboarding activities from project initiation through to successful adoption.
n
- Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and define governance and operational frameworks.
n
- Configure and deploy platform capabilities, integrations, and connectors.
n
- Produce implementation documentation, progress updates, and delivery artefacts.
n
- Translate customer requirements into scalable business solutions and configuration recommendations.
n
- Support post-implementation enhancement projects and ongoing customer initiatives.
n
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
n
- Provide guidance to customers on best-practice information management, governance,



and compliance processes.

About You

n

Essential

n

n
- 3+ years' experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, consulting, or technology delivery.
n
- Experience working with information governance, records management, compliance, or enterprise content management solutions.
n
- Solid stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
n
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical solutions.
n
- Exposure to integrations, metadata configuration, connectors, or enterprise software platforms.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange, or similar enterprise platforms.
n
- Experience delivering solutions within regulated industries such as financial services, government, or critical infrastructure.
n
- Relevant qualifications in Information Management, Business Systems, Records Management, or a related field.
n
- Experience using AI productivity tools to support delivery and documentation.
