Job Description

Sheraton Grand Mirage Port Douglas is seeking a part-time Steward to join the Kitchen team, reporting to the Stewarding Manager. The role focuses on cleaning, sanitising, and HACCP-compliant operations across kitchen areas and food venues.

Ideal candidates will have a high school certificate, positive presentation and English fluency, and be able to work under pressure on a 7-day rotating roster. Marriott International umbrella applies.
