- Conduct elections for state registered industrial organisations in accordance with the relevant rules and legislation.

- Participate within a team environment in an effective and collaborative manner, establishing and communicating project priorities to meet workload demands and deadlines.

- Be responsible for the planning and delivery of election projects within allocated timeframes to include current data, future planning and strategy.

- Participate in the preparations for and conduct of elections in line with legislative requirements.

- Engage with and develop strong working relationships with major stakeholders including government departments, contracted suppliers and internal stakeholders.

- Demonstrate skills and ability in the use of computer-based operational systems and office technology.

- Demonstrate well developed levels of oral and written communication skills.
