Job Description

AGL Energy is looking for a Payroll Team Lead to lead a team servicing 4,000+ employees across multiple payroll areas and cycles. You will mentor staff, ensure accurate payments and compliance with tax and superannuation rules, and drive improvements in payroll processes and documentation.

Location is Sydney; hybrid options available. The role requires robust leadership, stakeholder engagement, and experience with Time & Attendance and ERP HRIS systems.
