- $75,000 – $95,000 OTE including after-hours call-outs, plus super and a vehicle allowance

About the role

n

Forward Facilities Group is seeking an experienced and dependable Mobile Locksmith to join our residential maintenance team. This field-based role covers scheduled and responsive locksmithing across residential properties in the Illawarra, working closely with our scheduling team.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Legally authorised lock picking and non-destructive entry to residential dwellings
n




- Rekeying compatible locks throughout a dwelling to operate from the same key
n
- Rekeying and servicing entrance locks, deadlocks, screen-door locks, patio bolts, padlocks and window locks
n
- Cutting and duplicating keys
n
- Repairing, replacing and adjusting locks and associated door hardware
n
- Attending scheduled appointments and priority maintenance requests, and keeping our scheduling team updated on progress
n
- Taking clear before-and-after photographs and providing accurate completion notes
n
- Communicating professionally with tenants, clients and our team
n

What you'll need

n

n
- Demonstrated residential locksmithing experience with solid lock-picking, non-destructive entry, rekeying and key-cutting skills
n
- A current driver's licence and the licences, qualifications and clearances required to lawfully perform locksmithing and security work
n
- Your own reliable work vehicle and professional locksmithing tools (approved vehicle use reimbursed or supported through an agreed allowance)
n
- A professional manner and respect for tenant privacy and property security
n

Availability for after-hours and emergency work, and a vehicle already fitted with secure storage and a key-cutting machine, will be highly regarded.
