Located just 25km west of Melbourne's CBD within the purpose-built Sanctuary Lakes estate in Point Cook, the Club is continuing to grow and is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our hospitality team.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team while delivering exceptional service across bar, restaurant, and function operations. The successful candidate will support the management team in supervising service periods, coordinating staff, and ensuring a high standard of guest experience for members, guests, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities

n

Supervising food and beverage service across bar, restaurant, and functions

n

Leading and supporting FOH staff during service periods

n





Ensuring a high standard of customer service for members and guests

n

Assisting with function enquiries and event service delivery

n

Maintaining presentation standards across all service areas

n

Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager with daily operations and team coordination

n

The Successful Applicant Will Have

n

Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

n

3+ years' hospitality experience, with supervisory experience preferred

n

Rostering experience and the ability to coordinate team schedules

n

Strong leadership and communication skills

n

A proactive approach to service and problem solving

n

Excellent presentation and confidence engaging with members and guests

n

The ability to work effectively within a team environment

n

A robust work ethic and passion for hospitality

n

A current Victorian RSA certificate

n
