Position: Building Expert Witness

n

Registered Builder or Building Inspector qualification

n

Engineering qualification advantageous but not mandatory

n

Minimum 10 years' experience in building or construction

n

Minimum 2 years' experience in Building Expert Witness roles

n

Completed at least 10 building expert reports for Tribunal/Court/AFCA

n

Experience attending tribunal or court hearings preferred

n

General Requirements for the Role

n





Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

n

Current Police Check

n

iPad proficiency, computer literacy, and plan reading skills

n

Excellent verbal and written communication

n

Ability to work independently and professionally represent our brand

n

Physically capable of accessing roof spaces and subfloor areas

n

Availability Monday-Friday with occasional regional travel

n
