With 14,000+ users, we're ready for our next stage of growth and we're looking for a people-focused Community Support Consultant to help make it happen.

You will proactively call inactive and recent members, follow up with live deals, respond to support queries, keep CRM records and follow-ups organised, and capture feedback to help
