About the Role
n
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll lead day-to-day operations, build a strong team culture and ensure every customer has a great experience. You'll be supported to run a high-performing restaurant while developing your leadership career with a fast-growing brand.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
n
Lead daily restaurant operations to deliver outstanding food, service and team performance
n
Recruit, train, coach and support your team
n
Drive a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and customer experience
n
Manage rosters, performance reviews and employee matters
n
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness
n
Oversee stock ordering, cash handling, banking, payroll and general administration
n
Uphold workplace health, safety and security standards
n
About You
n
Along with your solid work ethic and previous experience you'll have/be:
n
Experience in restaurant or hospitality management
n
Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident
n
Strong leadership skills and the ability to bring out the best in a team
n
A passion for customer service and creating a great team culture
n
A hands-on approach and confidence working in a fast-paced environment
n
Alignment with Zambrero's values and purpose-led mission
n
