AFCA invites a Senior Director for Scams Prevention Framework Legal to lead the scams decision-making function, providing technical and qualified direction. This board-appointed role ensures fair, timely decisions in complex scams disputes involving banks, telecoms and digital platforms.

You will shape AFCA's legal dispute resolution policy, engage with regulators, industry bodies and senior stakeholders to advance financial fairness and effective dispute resolution.
