Job Description

Rio Tinto is seeking an experienced Principal Safety skilled to provide technical leadership across safety standards, governance, safety improvement, reporting and WHS compliance within our iron ore operations.

You will lead localisation and assurance activities, drive safety performance improvements through incident analysis and learning, and partner with senior leaders to shape strategic safety decisions across a large, multi-site environment in Western Australia.
