ATCO Windows is an established aluminium window and door company working across residential, commercial and remedial construction projects throughout Sydney.

We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Window & Door Installer to join our team.

n

This position is suited to someone who is experienced in aluminium windows and doors, takes pride in their workmanship and is capable of carrying out installations with minimal supervision.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Install aluminium windows and doors on residential and commercial projects.
n
- Remove and replace existing windows and doors as part of remedial and replacement works.
n
- Install commercial aluminium window and door systems, including sliding, awning, double-hung and hinged systems.
n
- Glaze windows and doors where required.
n
- Accurately measure, position, level and fix window and door frames.
n
- Install flashings, angles, trims and associated aluminium components.
n
- Seal windows and doors using appropriate sealants and installation methods.
n
- Read and work from plans, elevations, shop drawings and installation details.
n
- Identify and resolve installation issues on site.
n
- Work closely with supervisors, builders and other trades.
n
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship, presentation and site safety.

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Minimum 3 years' experience installing aluminium windows and doors.
n




- Strong knowledge of aluminium window and door systems and installation methods.
n
- Ability to carry out installations independently with minimal supervision.
n
- Experience with both new installations and replacement/remedial window works.
n
- Ability to accurately read plans, drawings and measurements.
n
- Experience with glazing and handling glass.
n
- Valuable understanding of sealing, waterproofing and finishing around window and door openings.
n
- Tools & vehicle provided.
n
- Current White Card.
n
- Current driver's licence.
n
- Physically fit and capable of safely handling windows, doors and glass.
n
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
