Pet Crematorium Driver and Representative (Full time, Gold Coast & Brisbane)

We are a family-run business dedicated to supporting pet owners through one of life's most emotional moments. We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable team member to join us as a full-time Driver and Representative based on the Gold Coast.

The Role

n

As a Pet Angel Representative, you will be responsible for:

n

Collecting deceased pets from veterinary clinics and private residences

n

Providing respectful and professional interactions with grieving families and clinic staff

n

Returning ashes and memorials to families with care and compassion

n

This is a highly sensitive role that requires genuine empathy, emotional awareness, and the ability to support families with dignity and respect.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking someone who is:

n

Professional, well-presented, and reliable

n

Empathetic, emotionally resilient, and compassionate

n

Comfortable speaking with grieving families in a calm and supportive manner

n





Confident working independently and managing time effectively

n

Comfortable being on the road for a large portion of the day

n

This position is based between both our Gold Coast and Brisbane offices so travel daily will be required.

Hours

n

Shifts are rostered between 8:0 am and 6:30 pm, with coverage shared across the team.

n

Shift times may include:

n

As we operate 7 days a week, weekend shifts are included in the rotating roster. Some overtime may be required and is paid in accordance with relevant award rates.

What You'll Need

n

A current manual driver's licence with a clean driving record

n

Strong time management and attention to detail

n

Basic confidence with technology (mobile devices, apps, etc.)

n

Physical fitness, with the ability to lift up to 25kg comfortably

n

A safe and responsible driving history

n
