Part time, permanent role - (5 hours per day, 5 days per week) - 3 days in the office (Sydney CBD) and 2 from home.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for all IT queries, you'll deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 applications. You'll also manage user onboarding/offboarding, administer systems and access, and help maintain automated workflows, all while keeping documentation sharp and end users happy
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing hands‑on helpdesk support (hardware, software, connectivity) and tracking issues through to resolution
- Managing user accounts in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 (provisioning, deactivation, license management)
- Coordinating with external managed service providers to ensure SLA compliance
- Maintaining and troubleshooting Power Automate flows and other automated business solutions
- Contributing to knowledge base articles, IT FAQs, and user guides
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years' experience in IT Support positions
- Demonstrated experience in an IT helpdesk or desktop support role (Windows workplace)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Azure AD administration
- Familiarity with ITSM principles and ticketing systems (ITIL Foundation a plus)
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Fundamentals) highly regarded
- Clear communication skills, you can explain tech in plain English
- Proactive, methodical, and cool under pressure
