Early Childhood Teacher, Nominated Supervisor

Yarra Ranges Kindergartens Inc. (YRK) is looking for an experienced Kindergarten Teacher / ECT to join the Millgrove team.

n

After years of passionate service, our current Teacher (previously Nominated Supervisor), has decided that in her final year she will reduce her hours to provide ongoing support to our new team member.

n

You will work approx. 16 hours per week, with sessions on Wednesday and Thursday. We always plan when your non-contact time is worked with you to support the best work/life balance possible.

community-run Early Years Manager providing high-quality sessional kindergarten programs across 22 services. We deliver inclusive and engaging programs for three- and four-year-old children, guided by community need, regulatory requirements, and best practice in early childhood education.

About You

n

We're seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher and Nominated Supervisor committed to providing the best Kinder experience for children and their families possible.

n

n
- Early Childhood Teaching qualification - VIT registration required
n
- Develop and deliver a high-quality educational program in consultation with children, families and Educators.
n
- Lead team communication, supervision, and regular performance discussions
n
- Strong grasp of EYLF, NQS, National Law and Regulations
n
- Track record improving quality, culture, compliance and service reliability
n
- Calm under pressure, decisive, and child-safety focused
n
