Job Description

Mackay Regional Council is seeking a Strategic People Partner focused on Engagement, Equity & Inclusion to lead project-based initiatives and drive an inclusive workplace culture in Mackay. This 14-month temporary parental leave role partners across the organisation to deliver engagement programs, recognition activities, campaigns and internal communications.
