Infrastructure Engineers implement, manage and retire the infrastructure (including physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure) that supports digital services.

n

The Data Centre Design Infrastructure Engineer plan, design, maintain and build core IT or digital systems network infrastructure that are needed for daily business operations to build a secure, reliable, and scalable network, cloud, or server environments.

Key duties and responsibilities

n

The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:

n

- Managing a multi discipline team with complex and different interfaces;
n
- Providing strategic planning, mapping and modelling development;
n
- Providing concise data reports and transparent data visualizations for management;
n




- Producing creative data visualizations and intuitive graphics to presenting complex analytics;
n
- Pinpointing trends, correlations and patterns in complicated data sets;
n
- Providing advice on information and data governance and standards;
n
- Triaging code problems and data-related issues and identify risk;
n
- Documenting all aspects of the data design and decision;
n
- Cleaning and pruning data to discard irrelevant information;
n
- Scheduling and managing tasks within a team;
n
- Assisting in improving the maturity of information management within the Department;
n
- Discovering trends, patterns and stories told by the data, structured and unstructured, and presenting them to stakeholders.
