We are seeking an IT Systems Support Officer to join our Technology Team and play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day technology experience of our people. The role will be based out of our Sydney/Dubbo office.

The Opportunity:

WeareseekinganITSystemsSupportOfficertojoinourTechnologyTeamandplayacriticalroleinsupportingtheday-to daytechnologyexperienceofourpeople. TherolewillbebasedoutofourSydney/Dubbooffice.

ReportingtotheHeadofInfrastructure,you'llberesponsibleforprovidingresponsivefirst-levelITsupport,managingtechnologyassets,supportingemployeeonboardingandoffboarding,andworking closelywithourManagedServiceProvidertoensureissuesareresolvedefficiently.

Thisroleisidealforsomeonewhoenjoysa hands-on environment, values solid customer service, and wants the opportunity to develop their technical skills while working across a broad range of technologies and business systems.

- Supportingsoftwaredeployment,deviceconfigurationandongoingtechnologymaintenance

- WorkingcloselywithourManagedServiceProvidertomonitorservicelevelsandescalateissueswhen required

- Assistingwithprocurementactivitiesandmaintainingappropriatetechnologystocklevelsacrossthe business
n
- Deliveringusertraining,guidanceandsupporttohelpteammembersgetthemostfromtechnology
n
- Helpingmaintaindocumentation,processesandoperationalproceduresthatsupportefficienttechnology services
