RACQ is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Auto and Glass Network, driving performance, safety and growth across multiple branches in Queensland. This hands-on role involves leading teams, shaping strategy, and delivering exceptional outcomes for members and customers.

You will travel regularly (3–4 days/week) across branches, coach branch managers, and lead continuous improvement and vendor initiatives, including ADAS services and revenue growth.
