Job Description

Allura Partners is seeking a Data Lead to own the data workstream for a full Workday implementation across HR, Payroll and Finance. You will drive from source extraction through to migration, transformation, validation and cutover, collaborating with the SI and internal data teams in a hybrid setup across Australia.

You'll lead the data strategy, governance and quality for a highly sensitive people dataset, with a explicit path into broader Data and AI initiatives once migration lands.
