Job Description

UnitingCare Queensland is seeking an Intake Practitioner for the Gold Coast Homelessness Service in Bilinga. This casual, on-site role involves screening, triage and risk assessment to connect clients with housing support and case management.

The position requires a Cert IV in human services, blue card, and robust IT and communication skills, with a commitment to compassionate, culturally competent service delivery.
