Join our team and work alongside the Service Manager and Case Managers to build and grow our service. In this role, you will:

n

- Help expand and strengthen our team.
n
- Meet with and secure new Support at Home clients.
n
- Contribute to growing our community client base.
n
- Be part of a supportive and purpose-driven organisation making a real difference every day.

Your main duties will include:

n

n
- Meeting with potential new clients.
n
- Securing leads to support business growth.
n
- Meeting intake KPIs.
n
- Monitoring the My Aged Care portal.
n
- Managing referrals from the Commonwealth Support Program.
n
- Working closely with the Service Manager to achieve intake targets.
n

About You

n

- Sales experience
n




- Support at home knowledge and experience
n
- Driver licence required
n
- Great communication skills
n
