Key responsibilities:

- Assist the team with loan applications and related paperwork
n
- Support clients withfollow-ups,



and communication throughout the loan process
n
- Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the mortgage pipeline
n
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining positive relationships with clients
n
- Contribute to team meetings and ongoing process improvements

What we're looking for:

- Tertiary qualification, ideally in finance, business, or related field

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic understanding or interest in mortgage broking

- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

- Mortgage Broking qualifications advantageous
