We are looking for a friendly and motivated Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our Scotch College Uniform Shop team. In this role, you will provide outstanding service and ensure a positive, memorable shopping experience that aligns with our Group's high standards.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer service-focused environment.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills,



with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, parents/guardians, and students.
n
- Experience using computerised Point of Sale (POS) systems. Familiarity with Apparel 21 (AP21) is highly regarded but not essential.
n
- Availability to work during our peak back-to-school period (15 January – 15 February).
n
- Available during shop hours - Tuesdays & Thursdays: 12.30pm – 5.30pm, and occasional Saturday's: 9.00am – 1.00pm.

- Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC), or the willingness to obtain one prior to commencing employment on the Scotch College School's site.
