What you would be doing

Are you an Individual that prides themselves on cleanliness & clean environment? This role sits within our existing team to assist in the efficiency of the kitchen and our venue. This position is an integral role within our team, we take pride in serving great food in a warm, welcoming setting and behind every delicious dish is a clean kitchen—and that's where you come in.

We're looking for reliable, hard-working Dishwashers to join our back-of-house team and keep things running smoothly..
n
The main things that you would be doing include:
n
Maintains Kitchen equipment cleaning schedule maintenance & can operate a commercial dishwasher
n
Highly regards cleanliness of station
n
Storeroom /cool room maintenance & organisation
n
Wash dishes, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand as needed
n
Keep dish area clean, organised, and sanitised at all times
n
Take out trash and recycling, sweep and mop floors as needed
n
Assist with kitchen cleaning and closing duties
n
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
n
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
n
Assist Chefs in portioning & preparation
n

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Ability to stand for long periods, Energetic, fit and can work in busy environments under pressure

Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented

Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Immediate start

Must be available Weekday & Weekends
n
Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays-
