We're now expanding and looking for a motivated team member to support operations at our Melbourne location.

Position Overview:

n

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate distribution of pharmaceutical products across our Pharmacy on St Kilda Road.

n

Your daily responsibilities will vary because we are a large business across different specialist departments. You will need a blend of technical skills, administrative tasks, and customer interaction.

n

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical workplace and wants exposure to more than traditional pharmacy work.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Provide a high standard of customer service

n





Supply S2 and S3 medications under the supervision of a pharmacist

n

Assisting the pharmacist with accurately dispensing prescriptions using FRED PLUS dispensing software

n

Participate in various tasks such as inventory management, data entry, and customer support.

n

Assist the pharmacy team with general day-to-day duties

n

Process orders and unpack stock as required

Skills and Experience:

n

Certificate III or IV in Pharmacy preferred

n

Strong attention to detail

n

Great communication and computer skills

n

Must be able to work in a team environment

n

Can work under pressure

n

Positive approach to developing new skills and take on new challenges

Organisational and time management skills
