Job Description

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a hands-on operations lead to own the day-to-day health and growth of the NZ market.

You will manage the local operating calendar, campaigns and initiatives, and continuously analyse rider and driver behaviour to identify what works and what to change next. You will also act as the hub between local and central teams—Product, Data, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service—translating NZ market needs into transparent requirements and tracking projects to delivery, while
