About the Role n
As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Cafe Vicini, you will be responsible for delivering friendly and professional service across the café.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

- Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
n
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately
n
- Providing attentive table and counter service
n
- Serving coffee, food and beverages efficiently
n
- Maintaining good knowledge of the menu, daily specials and beverage options
n
- Assisting guests with menu selections and dietary enquiries
n
- Communicating dietary requirements and special requests clearly
n
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables
n
- Processing bills and payments accurately
n
- Assisting with takeaway and dine-in orders
n
- Supporting baristas and other team members during busy periods
n
- Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
n
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the café and service areas
n
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
n
About You n
We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous café, restaurant or hospitality experience
n
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Has a friendly, positive and professional attitude
n
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
n
- Is reliable, punctual and well presented
n
- Has positive attention to detail
n
- Works well as part of a team
n
- Is comfortable handling multiple tasks during busy service periods
n
- Is available to work mornings, weekends and public holidays as required
n
n
Previous barista or coffee experience is highly regarded but not essential.
Requirements n

- Valid NSW RSA Certificate where required
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
n
