Key Responsibilities -

n

n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure outstanding service and long-term retention
n
- Hunting new business through targeted prospecting, referrals, and site visits, and tender processes
n
- Create tailored proposals that address client needs and deliver real value
n
- Negotiate and close deals that support company growth.
n
- Working closely with our operations team to make sure what you sell we deliver
n
- Keeping your pipeline and activity inSalesforce
n
- Provide input to help shape and improve sales strategy
n

About You –

n

n
- Strong candidates will have a track record in B2B new business sales or account management.



Industry background matters less than hunger, credibilitywith commercial and industrial clients, and theability to manage a territory with discipline. Waste, logistics, construction, or industrial services experience is a genuine advantage, and we'll reward it in the offer. You'll need a current Australian driver's licenceand a willingness to get in front of clients regularly.

- Selling waste management or similar strategic services into Commercial and Industrial customers
n
- Experience working with Owners Corporations, Body Corporations or Councils
n
- Previous experience 'solution' selling entire service packages to customers
n
- Ability to identify trends and present offers aligned with a customer's sustainability or budgetary criteria
