We're seeking an experienced SAP Instructional Designer / Trainer to play a key role in a large-scale ERP transformation program delivering SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management and Service Operations. This is a Melbourne based, 9 month contract working within a nationally significant program.

You'll be responsible for designing, developing and delivering end-to-end learning solutions that support business readiness, capability uplift and successful adoption of new SAP business processes. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and confidently facilitating training across a diverse stakeholder group.

You'll work closely with change, project and business teams to develop learning content, deliver training, support super user networks and contribute to go-live readiness and hypercare activities.

This is: what you'll do

n

- Design and develop SAP-focused learning solutions aligned to business processes and user roles
n
- Create engaging instructor‐led, virtual and eLearning content using contemporary instructional design principles
n
- Develop learning pathways, curricula, job aids, quick reference guides and performance support materials
n
- Deliver end‐user training across classroom and virtual environments using SAP training systems
n
- Collaborate with Change Managers, Business Analysts, Functional Consultants and Solution Architects
n
- Build and maintain high‐quality training content repositories and governance standards
n
- Support Train‐the‐Trainer and Super User networks to enable scalable business readiness
n
- Contribute to go-live readiness activities,



hyper-care support and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Design and develop WalkMe digital adoption content including guided walkthroughs and task support tools
n
- Measure learning effectiveness and implement improvements across phased deployments
n

n

This is: what you'll need

n

n
- 5+ years' experience as an Instructional Designer supporting SAP ERP implementations
n
- 5+ years' SAP training delivery experience, ideally within SAP S/4HANA environments
n
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management and/or Service Management business processes
n
- Experience developing training materials using Articulate Rise or similar authoring tools
n
- Proven ability to translate complex system processes into practical, role‐based learning experiences
n
- Experience working within large‐scale ERP, digital transformation or enterprise change programs
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
n
- Experience designing Digital Adoption Platform solutions such as WalkMe highly regarded
n
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience advantageous
n
- Relevant qualifications in Learning & Development, Education, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline
n
