Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join All Seasons Resort Hotel Bendigo.

n

Reporting to the Senior Assistant Manager, you'll support department heads across Bar, Bistro, Gaming, Events and Accommodation. This is hands-on duty management across a major resort hotel, backed by an experienced leadership team.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Support department heads to keep the whole venue running smoothly
n
- Open and close the venue, taking responsibility as Manager on Duty
n
- Coordinate priorities and make operational decisions throughout your shift
n
- Work alongside teams on the floor and resolve customer concerns
n
- Carry out cash handling, venue reporting and daily administration
n
- Maintain presentation, liquor, gaming, responsible service and safety standards
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Duty or Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume,



multifaceted venue
n
- Proven ability to coordinate departments and take responsibility on shift
n
- Confidence making decisions, solving problems and knowing when to call on your team for support
n
- A hands-on leadership style that earns trust and brings teams together
n
- Strong cash-handling, administration and opening or closing experience
n
- Availability across opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
n

Licences and training: Victorian RSA and relevant RSG training, or willingness to complete the required training. A Victorian Gaming Industry Employee licence is preferred and must be held before performing duties that require it.
