Our client is a busy an established company dealing with small machinery sales. They are seeking an experienced Service Centre Specialist experienced on a trade counter for a role located in Wetherill Park. This role will see youengaging with customers, booking services, ordering parts, customer handovers in a trade based service counter position. It's the perfect blend of administration and customer service.

This will be an ongoing position after a short Labour Hire trial period and will not be suitable for those holding a Working Holiday or Student Visa.

Do you have experience with the following?

n

n




- Previous experience in a similar customer service trade counter role;
n
- Basic sales and customer follow ups;
n
- Parts interpretation, working product knowledge;
n
- Support demonstrations, handovers and customer education;
n
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer practical solutions.
n
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM system;
n
- Valid drivers licence;
n
- Robust organisation and time-management skills;
n
- Ability to work well within a busy team environment.
