As we continue to grow, we are seeking reliable and experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to join our warehouse team. About the Role

n

Working as part of our warehouse and distribution team on day shift (6:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday), your responsibilities will include:

n

Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently.

n

Loading and unloading inbound and outbound trucks.

n

Unloading shipping containers and safely handling stock movements.

n

Working with warehouse racking systems and storing/retrieving stock from high-level storage locations.

n

Ensuring accurate stock placement, replenishment, and inventory movements across warehouse locations.

n

Using RF scanners to pick, pack, and process customer orders.

n

Performing stock replenishment activities to support production and customer order requirements.

n

Assisting with inventory management, stock counts, and stock control activities.

n

Supporting general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, stock handling, housekeeping, and replenishment tasks.

n

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.

n





Supporting general warehouse operations as required.

n

Adhering to all Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures.

n

About You

n

A current and valid LF Forklift Licence.

n

Minimum 1 year of experience operating High Reach forklifts within a warehouse or distribution environment, including working with warehouse racking systems and high-level stock storage.

n

Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.

n

Experience in container unloading, truck loading and unloading, stock replenishment, inventory management, and stock control processes.

n

A strong commitment to workplace safety and protected operating practices.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.

The ability to work independently and contribute to a team-focused culture.
