This market leading FMCG business is seeking a commercially minded Senior Management Accountantto join our business unit and play a key role in driving financial performance, insights, and decision-making. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with Group Finance, this role is responsible for delivering accurate reporting, managing the month-end close process, and providing analysis that shapes strategy and growth.
n As a trusted advisor, you'll partner with operations and management to translate financial data into meaningful insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic initiatives
n What you'll do:

- Production of the month end reporting to the Group & Board
n
- Provide commercial and financial analysis across products, customers, pricing, and operations
n
- Drive planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
n
- Partner with various stakeholders to improve business outcomes and support CAPEX/working capital
n
- Mentor and develop finance team capability
n
- Identify and implement process improvements
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with strong technical and commercial finance experience
n
- Skilled in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
n
- Solid communicator who can influence and engage non-finance stakeholders
n
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Pronto ideal), BI tools, and Excel
n

Please note this role will start off temporarily before moving to permanency.
