Registered Nurse | In-Home and Community Care

$59.25+ per hour | Versatile Casual Shifts | Greater Melbourne

n

O&N; Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (Division 1) to provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their own homes across Greater Melbourne.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for RNs who enjoy working independently, building meaningful relationships with clients, and delivering personalised care outside of a traditional hospital environment.

n

The role may include:

n

n
- Comprehensive nursing assessments and clinical review
n
- Wound care and management
n
- Medication administration and management
n
- Catheter and continence care
n
- Chronic disease management
n
- Hospital in the Home (HITH) support
n
- Liaising with GPs, allied health professionals, case managers and families
n




- Completing accurate progress notes and clinical documentation
n

n

Community, Aged Care, HITH and Critical Care experience will be highly regarded.

n

To be considered, you will need:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience
n
- Current CPR/BLS and Manual Handling certificates
n
- Australian Driver's Licence and reliable insured vehicle
n
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
n
