Job Description

Magistrates Court Melbourne seeks a qualified professional to support individuals experiencing family violence. Working alongside Family Violence Registrars and Respondent Practitioners, you will assess risk, develop safety plans and connect clients with services.

This role emphasizes crisis intervention, information provision and coordinated case support to promote safety for women, children and families, while contributing to a court workplace that holds perpetrators accountable.
