Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery and plant equipment
n
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults
n
- Respond to breakdowns and minimise production downtime
n
- Complete routine inspections and maintenance schedules
n
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
n
- Assist with machinery installations, upgrades and commissioning projects
n
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures
n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter
n
- Previous experience within FMCG, food manufacturing or a similar production environment
n
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
n
- Experience with preventative maintenance systems
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
n
