The Opportunity

We are seeking an experiencedSolicitorto
n join our dynamic Public Liabilities teams. Reporting to senior leadership, you
n will play a key role in managing and resolving client cases, supervising staff,
n and driving successful outcomes while upholding the firm's high ethical and
n professional standards.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution.
n
- Prepare and review pleadings, Statements of Claim, and other court documents.
n
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on case merits.
n
- Attend conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings with clients and barristers.
n
- Negotiate and settle claims in line with client instructions.
n
- Maintain regular and clear communication with clients, ensuring superior client service.
n
- Supervise and mentor support staff to ensure compliance with firm protocols.
n
- Meet individual KPIs including file management, client satisfaction,



and fee budgets.
n
- Maintain compliance with all professional obligations, including CPD requirements.
n

About You

n

You will bring:

n

n
- Admission as a Solicitor in NSW with a current practising certificate.
n
- Minimum 3 -5+ years' post-admission experience in personal injury litigation.
n
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills.
n
- A proven track record in achieving successful client outcomes.
n
- High attention to detail, with excellent organisational and file management abilities.
n
- Ability to mentor and supervise junior staff.
n
- A collaborative approach, aligned with the firm's values and standards.
