Job Description

The Community Continence Service is a cooperative, inclusive and supportive team that delivers continence care across Northern Tasmania. The role leads nursing practice, plans patient management and educates staff to uphold best-practice care.

You will develop and review clinical protocols with the team, implement practice changes from research, and drive quality improvement within a community setting.
