Job Description
Title: People and Culture Administrator
n Employment: Full time / Ongoing
n Salary: $74,000 - $78,200 per annum (dependent on experience plus $15,900 NFP Salary Packaging)
n Location: Surrey Hills VIC
n
Reporting to the National Manager People Operations, the People and Culture Administrator supports the wider People and Culture team with administrative duties across the employment lifecycle, including; WHS, employee relations, recruitment, training and compliance, HRIS, audits, reporting and general People and Culture (P&C;) processes and projects.
n
You will join a supportive People and Culture team where you can build practical experience across the employment lifecycle and contribute to an organisation making a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disability.

About the Role
n
n
- Maintain accurate employee records and compliance trackers, following up outstanding requirements and escalating identified risks.
n
- Assist with audits, reporting, data checks, workplace health and safety administration and P&C; projects.
n
- Coordinate general team administration and identify opportunities to improve or streamline processes.
n
- Support employees, leaders and external stakeholders with routine enquiries and administration throughout the employment lifecycle.
n
- Prepare employment variations, verification letters, termination correspondence and other standard documentation
n
n
Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:
n
n
- Previous administration experience, preferably in People and Culture, recruitment, compliance, WHS or a similar environment.
n
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accurate records.
n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases and digital platforms, with the ability to learn new systems and streamline processes.
n
- Explicit, professional communication skills and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
n
- A collaborative approach and genuine interest in developing a career in People and Culture.
n
- Qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
