Event Force (owned by ACESGroup) are seeking motivated casual event customer service professionals to provide a high level of customer service to our client and their patrons at stadium sporting events in Wollongong. There is also potential for future work across our portfolio of venues and events.

n

We are looking for fun, outgoing, professional team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with your team members to usher fans to their seats, manage queues, provide directional assistance, respond to general enquiries, and provide an outstanding level of customer service.

n

We are seeking applicants who can work at the majority of event days, including an event this Sunday, 6th September 2026.

n

Additional work may also be available across our portfolio of venues and events in locations such as Campbelltown, Kogarah and Sydney for staff members who are interested.

You will be:

n

- Ushering
n
- Scanning Tickets
n
- Monitoring RSA
n
- Providing general information, assistance and customer service
n

n

What you need:

n

n
- Must be available to work Sunday 6 September
n
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
n




- Responsible Service of Alcohol (not mandatory but highly desirable and an advantage for additional long-term shifts)
n
- Exceptional personal presentation
n
- The ability to follow procedures
n
- Great service with a smile
n
- Appropriate work rights in Australia
n
