n We are a modern, growing General Practice group seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN/EEN) to join our dedicated and supportive team in our Redlynch practice

The successful applicant will be based at our Redlynch Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care in a General Practice setting.
n
Manage patient care independently within the treatment room.
n
Assist with chronic disease management, health assessments, and care planning.
n
Support a patient-centred, team-based model of care.
n
Contribute to a positive and supportive workplace culture.
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're searching for a nurse who brings:
n
Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN/EEN.
n
Enthusiasm, professionalism, and a caring approach to patients.
n
Experience with Best Practice software (preferred but not essential).
n
Strong communication skills and an empathetic bedside manner.
n
Professional presentation and a strong work ethic.
n
The ability to work across both clinic locations.
