You know the marketer who's brilliant at everything, but it's all in their head and nowhere else? This role exists because that person just left.
Step into a national network of 150+ locations across Australia and New Zealand, fresh off a full rebrand, and build the systems and project management structure the business has never had. You won't be starting from nothing. You're collaborating with an established creative team (a Creative Director and four designers) and leading a Marketing Manager who's already keen to work your way. Your job is to bring the shape.
You'll have real autonomy here. This is a senior, hands on role where you're trusted to own delivery end to end, not sit in a queue for sign off. And because the business leans digital, with a media agency and digital agency already in place, you'll spend more time on strategy and oversight than execution grunt work.

What you'll do
- Own end to end delivery of national campaigns and priority projects, from brief to launch to review
- Build the project management structure and operating rhythm this function has never had
- Lead brand governance across a large network of members
- Direct an in-house creative team and manage relationships with media and digital agencies
- Turn campaign data into decisions on creative, media and conversion
What you'll need
- 8+ years in marketing, ideally agency background followed by client side experience
- Proven project management skills across briefing, scoping, timelines and approvals
- Experience managing brand standards across a multi-site, franchise or membership business
- A track record working with in-house or external creative teams
- Understanding of digital lead generation, including paid media and conversion
