About the Role
n
Lead practice quality across Victoria's Out of Home Care team from Geelong. Reporting to the Regional Director Child, Youth & Families, you will coach teams, strengthen evidence-based practice and support better outcomes across foster care and residential care. Full time six-month max-term, with a view to extend.

Duties
n
n
- Lead and coach teams across foster and residential care programs
n
- Strengthen client voice and participation in service delivery
n
- Advise managers on legislation, standards and practice issues
n
- Deliver training, clinical supervision and practice improvement support
n
- Monitor quality, fidelity, risks, compliance and accreditation readiness
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
- Psychology, Social Work or related tertiary qualification
n
- Eligible for AASW or Psychology Board of Australia registration
n
- Leadership experience in child protection or human services
n
- Clinical supervision experience with social workers or psychologists
n
- Current driver's licence and relevant probity checks
n
n
