Job Description

Beyond Bank is seeking a Head of Member Support to lead collections, hardship, recoveries and deceased estates with empathy and strategic focus. You will drive regulatory compliance and robust member outcomes across a large portfolio, while building capability in a high-performing team.

You will engage with Lending, Risk, Legal and external stakeholders to resolve complex matters and ensure sustainable portfolio performance in a customer-centric environment.
