Metcash Trading Limited is seeking a passionate Customer Service Officer to join our team in the Berrinba office. This full‑time role includes on‑site parking and a hybrid arrangement after training, with 2 days per week at home.
Hours are 8:00 am to 4:06 pm, Monday to Friday, and you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, process orders, liaise with suppliers, resolve issues, and support ad‑hoc admin tasks.
