A day in the life
n
You'll be an integral part of our F&B; operations as you use your incredible management skills to lead a team of dedicated F&B; professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests, daily.
n
We're looking for someone with experience in conferencing, bar and restaurant operations who is adaptable and has a 'can-do' attitude. As a leader, you'll help set the standard by demonstrating a passion for hospitality and the drive to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality superstar to take their next step with a company that provides excellent career development opportunities. The position is part time, based on a 20‐hour week and penalties are paid. You'll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands.

- Previous experience in Conference and Events is highly desired

- A genuine love of hospitality and providing great service

- Extensive knowledge of F&B; service procedures

- A solid understanding of financial control
n
- Knowledge of local food and wine producers
n
- A valid Victorian RSA
n
- Exceptional communication skills and a bright & friendly personality
n
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate your team
n
- Availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods (Christmas & New Year are essential)
n
