An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded International commercial litigation practice on a permanent basis. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value matters alongside multiple respected partners across broad commercial disputes & class actions.

The successful candidate will work across a broad range of commercial litigation matters and key responsibilities will include:

n

- Managing and running litigation matters with a high degree of autonomy
n
- Providing strategic and commercially astute legal advice
n
- Conducting legal research and preparing detailed written advice
n
- Drafting court documents, correspondence and submissions
n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
- Assisting with business development initiatives and mentoring junior lawyers
n

n

The ideal candidate will have:

n

n




- Approximately 4–7 years' PAE gained within a reputable commercial litigation practice
n
- Experience across commercial disputes
n
- Strong technical drafting and analytical skills
n
- Excellent client management and communication abilities
n
- A commercial mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team
n
- The drive to progress their career within a leading practice
n
