Job Description

Mercy Health in Geelong, Victoria is seeking a Registered Nurse G3 to provide complex nursing care at home, develop and implement tailored care plans, and regularly review consumer progress to ensure the best possible outcomes.

You will give clinical oversight for more complex clients, support the nursing team with DVA funding streams, and help orient recent staff, bringing reliability, resilience and a genuine care for community.
